"Imfilo" means hidden or secret in Zulu, a language spoken in Southern Africa, a place where we have spent much time. Our mission is to help visitors uncover the lesser-known (or hidden) beauty of Arisaig.
Through sustainable and accessible e-bike adventures, we connect locals and visitors with the region’s scenic trails, coastal views, cultural heritage, and quiet treasures — one unforgettable ride at a time.

E-BIKE RENTALS
Guided by a spirit of adventure and respect for the land, we aim to inspire deeper appreciation for this special corner of Nova Scotia while promoting low-impact outdoor exploration.
We currently have six high-performance electric mountain bikes — four full-suspension models for a smooth ride over rough terrain, and two hardtail bikes for a lighter, more agile experience. Each rental comes with a helmet and safety orientation, so riders of all skill levels can feel confident setting off on their adventure. Whether you're looking for a quick ride, a scenic half-day trip, or a full-day adventure, Imfilo Arisaig offers an unforgettable way to explore.
Land and Sea
What sets Imfilo Arisaig apart is our understanding of the land and the trails that make this a special place. From the Eigg Mountain protected wilderness to the scenic Arisaig Provincial Park and the informative Arisaig Lobster Interpretive Centre at the wharf, our routes highlight the natural and cultural richness of the region. Explored independently, each journey offers moments of discovery that you won’t find on the highway.

Perfect for a quick adventure, our one-hour rental is ideal if you're short on time but still want to experience the thrill of e-biking along Arisaig’s scenic coastline. Cruise down to the wharf, circle the trails near the Lobster Interpretive Centre, or take in panoramic ocean views from a quiet lookout.
